Revamp and additions to Buses Gallery

As promised, there have been additions/changes to the Buses section of the site. Its name has been changed to "Buses and Trams", because one of the new galleries features pictures of Lisbon's iconic heritage trams. The other new gallery includes pictures of the bus scene in 2016 and 2017, as well as the odd tram. This galllery will develop as I take pictures. At this stage, it won't be updated as frequently as its equivalent in the Railways section, and don't expect to see many 'corporate' liveries from the big bus groups. My intention is to include different and branded liveries. Also, there has been a small addition to the 2017 Railways Gallery
