Big late October update

Lots of images added, including a new Gallery in the Railways section, "Porto & the Douro Valley". This includes pictures of passenger and freight trains in and around Porto and pictures of a splendid daytrip along the scenic Douro Valley railway. Pictures of buses, heritage trams, and light rail Metro in Porto have been added to the 2024 Buses and Trams gallery. Finally a few pictures of UK freight and RHTT workings added to the 2024 Railways gallery.
